Johannesburg Lewiston High School had their Junior/Senior Prom on Saturday, May 8th. Despite the chilly weather, students danced the night away! Prince and Princess: Carson Chalmers and Neela Lawes. King and Queen: Clayton Mayle and Laney Wells. Congratulations to our Prom 2026 Royalty!

Lewiston 4th graders had a great day at the Besser Museum in Alpena! We explored their history and wildlife exhibits, watched a planetarium show, and visited the fossil park. 😎 A special thank you to Brush Creek Mill for sponsoring our trip.

This week, we proudly celebrated the incredible people who keep our schools running strong every single day. From classrooms to kitchens, buses to offices, and every hallway in between—we recognize and appreciate our outstanding team of:

Throughout the week, staff were treated to special meals, small gifts, and tokens of appreciation as a heartfelt thank you for the dedication, care, and commitment you bring to our students and community.

A special shoutout goes to The Drzewiecki Agency for generously providing lunch for all staff from The Paddling Pig. Your support helped make the week even more meaningful and memorable.
