If your child was signed up for the bus last year, they are in our system as riders. Stops will be the same or close to the same as last year. Please fill out this form only if your child has one of the changes listed below.
- Your child will NOT be needing bussing this year as they did in the past (student is driving themselves, will be transported by parent or other)
- Your child's pickup and/or drop off location has changed (daycare, change of address, etc)
- If you have had a change in phone number or address
If your child is new to riding the bus this year, the transportation department will reach out to you after you complete a request in the school office.
